As You Like It
As You Like It is a new and exciting adaptation of Shakespeare’s play. The production is fast paced and accessible for all ages and abilities. It is performed by a large and talented cast from The Italia Conti Academy under the direction of David Willoughby.
The play aims to introduce pupils to Shakespeare’s plays performing it in an entertaining and spectacular manner, packed with music and movement. The production is a contemporary take on Shakespeare’s play and provides some interesting parallels to the world we live in today. In the past there have also been productions of Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Macbeth.
