Tuition Services

The Complete Works provide individual and group tuition for students of all ages and abilities. Sessions are arranged (through an appointment system) for students to attend on a regular basis, to either learn new information or to gain support for subjects they are already studying.
Examples of groups of students we have successfully worked with include....
looked after young people, care leavers and young offenders, people with disabilities and difficulties, special educational needs, medical conditions and emotional and behavioral difficulties.Student requirements have included....
Literacy, Numeracy, English as an Additional Language (EAL), Social and Personal Development, Interview and Presentation Skills. Formal examination subjects from GCSE to A’level, NVQ and GNVQ have included: Maths, English, General Science, Geography, Physics, Accounts, Business Studies, Economics, Computer Skills, Music, Art and Drama.Organisations are able to refer students to us, using a Confidential Referral Form, detailing their specific requirements. This can also be done on-line, in the education section of the website.
We always aim to match each student with the best tutor to serve their particular needs at the time and we operate a flexible timetable which is both convenient to the students and to the other professionals who work with them.
We run homework and exam revision clubs and courses in communication, presentation and confidence building. Tutors foster a positive and supportive dynamic between students and create an atmosphere which allows all participants to grow in confidence and expertise.
Certificates are given to all participants, to document the work they have done, for their educational portfolios and records of achievement. We are also seeking certification through the AQA accreditation board, for all areas of study.
