We are a charity that offers education services to students who are not in mainstream schooling for a variety of reasons including social, emotional, behavioural and medical needs. We work with all ages and abilities across London and pride ourselves on the ability to engage young people in academic activities using creative and innovative approaches to learning.

This Education Support Officer role is based from our office in Aldgate East, but will oversee our teachers and students based in the South London area. You will be responsible for leading on your students’ education and ensuring that they are receiving all the support and services available to them. You will liaise with parents and professionals regarding a student’s progress as well as supporting the teachers in engaging their students and providing any pastoral support they may need.

The Complete Works uses creativity to reignite young people’s interest in education and we are looking for people to join our team who share our ethos and strong desire to help students succeed. This post will suit applicants who have a creative or education background, with a secure knowledge of the current education system. We are looking for applicants who are extremely proficient in communicating effectively, who are empathetic and who have an enthusiasm for working hard to support the team and the young people they work with.
