Consultation

Consultation

Conferences, Events, Training and Development

TCW presenters, trainers and facilitators, employ interactive techniques, used in our work in drama and theatre, to stage consultation events, conferences and training and development courses.

We have a good track record, with regard to staging high profile consultation events for Social & Community Services. Drawing from popular culture and media themes, we regularly run conferences for young people, their carers, social workers, councillors and other professionals involved in their care and development.

Conferences have been staged at theatre venues such as The Paddington Arts Centre and The Cockpit Theatre and at more formal venues, such as The Westminster Council Chambers and The Tate Britain.

We have staged consultation events for a number of local councils, including: Westminster, The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Haringey, Havering and Hillingdon. Delegates have included directors, team managers, councillors and the Mayor of Westminster.

We also work in partnership with The Who Cares Trust.

We have always aimed to create a structure which allows for openness and freedom of expression by all participants. We welcome the opportunity to devise new conference events, in response to the specific requirements of organisations who would like to work with us.

Corporate Events

Interactive performances and presentations are staged for organisations who wish to explore a range of creative options, to enhance and energise their company events. Examples of the types of events we could creatively support include: promotions, company celebrations and annual general meetings.

Professional Training and Development

Courses conducted in an atmosphere which allows all participants to grow in confidence and expertise. Training sessions are created according to each client?s specific requirements. Titles could include: Building a Team, Coping with Difficult Situations and Demanding People, Exploring Models of Leadership, Managing Stress, Maximising Communication Skills, Promoting Effective Management, Refining the Art of Negotiation, Succeeding at Public Speaking.

Associated Projects

Participants may also have the opportunity to become involved in other activities, commissioned by organisations who work in partnership with us. For further details, please see the Theatre, Film, Music, and Education areas of work undertaken by the company.
