TCW uses up-to-date interactive techniques and methods to allow all participants to become empowered to create and develop. The company is registered with The Assessment and Qualifications Alliance Unit Award Scheme (AQA) and can offer unit-based Entry Level qualifications for most workshops, courses and tuition in all areas. These qualifications are nationally recognised and successful students receive certificates which can be placed in their records of achievement.

The company employs a large team of professional directors, tutors, actors, workshop leaders and technicians. Company members are highly recommended and those working with young people have undergone the necessary Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
Our trustees possess a range of professional qualifications and experience, gained from working in education and industry.

The Complete Works’ Chief Executive and Artistic Director Phil Evans, is a qualified teacher, actor and theatre director. He has worked as a head of drama and as a senior manager, taught and examined at Key Stages 1 to 5, and in Further and Higher Education including students with Special Educational Needs and adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
